At the moment our product is running on LAMP platform (Linux, Apache, MariaDB or MySQL, PHP).
 
We plan to release a build of «client module» with support for Nginx server in the near future. The next step is to release a server version of the application for corporate clients, running on the Python and Ruby on Rails (RoR).

For the correct operation of client side maintenance scripts («client module») it is necessary an Apache 2.0 server and PHP 5.3 or older to have been installed. The build version of the client module for Nginx server is currently in our production, please follow the updates on our Trello public board.

Installation of «client module» on your site, as well as the individual system configuration is carried out exclusively by our specialists.
 
To perform the integration we need to get from you:
1. Access to the root folder of the client site via FTP, with write rights.
2. Access to the administrative part of your CMS with developer rights.

1. Our administrators create an account for each client on our server.
 
2. The technical support team creates a folder with our files (PHP, JS, HTML, etc.) in the root directory of the client’s site.
 
3. Our experts will inspect the .htaccess file on the side of a clint site, after that they will add an additional scenario block for correct joint work of your website with our platform.
 
4. In the next step our team will analyze HTML templates of your site design and plug into them client module through JS-script.
 
5. Then we analyze the structure of your site engine or CMS system and implement a gateway connecting client module placed on your site with the gateway on our servers processing data via API.
 
6. We compile a set of scenarios specifically adapted to your project, test the connection and then fine-tune and calibrate it. The whole process is individual for each client and unique. This is necessary because all customers have different needs, different behavioral patterns of their typical visitors, and there are also different nuances of site engines and hosting providers.

Theoretically, this situation is possible, but we have foreseen it. In this case, the blocked user will see «blocking page» and to continue working with the site he will need to enter CAPTCHA. To achieve maximum effectiveness in fighting high-tech bots that can emulate the behavior of alive users, we had to tighten some conditions for living visitors to the site. Of course, we can set a traffic analysis with a trigger lock at the page preloading, but in this case the page load speed will increase and the user will waiting for some time until the system inspecting his or her computer environment and behavior factors.
In these system settings, no one bot can get access to any of your page. However, you should be aware that you are sacrificing the speed of loading pages. This is not critical for popular media, especially given the standard practice of handing out advertising modules before loading a portal, but we strongly recommend that you use this feature with caution if your site is online shop or content project.
